Corporate chauffeur bookings follow recurring patterns that we have optimised over years of experience. Four scenarios account for the majority of our B2B assignments – each with distinct requirements that we cover as standard.
- Executive transfers: CEO, CFO or board members between office, airport, client meetings and evening events – with the same chauffeur who knows preferences and maintains absolute discretion.
- Client and investor visits: pick-up at the airport, transfer to the office, restaurant shuttle in the evening, return to the hotel – coordinated as a seamless chain with one contact.
- Trade fairs and conferences: multi-vehicle shuttle for exhibitor teams, delegates and speakers between airport, hotel, ICM and trade fair halls – on an hourly cycle if needed.
- Roadshows and multi-day business trips: same chauffeur and same vehicle for the entire duration – office visits in the morning, client dinner in the evening, airport run the next morning.

How the corporate account works
Onboarding takes one brief call. We discuss your typical ride patterns, preferred vehicles, cost-centre structure and invoicing requirements. Within 24 hours you receive a framework offer with hourly, daily and route-based rates. Once confirmed, your secretariat can book immediately – by email, phone or via a dedicated booking address. No registration portal, no app lock-in, just a direct line to your account manager.
- Mercedes-Benz E-Class from EUR 150/h, S-Class from EUR 180/h, V-Class from EUR 150/h – minimum booking 3 hours. Daily packages available on request.
- Airport transfers at flat rates: MUC to city centre from EUR 150 (E-Class), from EUR 180 (S-Class). All inclusive – waiting time, parking, water, Wi-Fi.
- Consolidated invoice at month-end with breakdown per ride, employee, cost centre and trip purpose. PDF and CSV export for direct import into your ERP system.
- Cancellation free of charge up to 24 h before pick-up. Reschedules within 24 h are possible at no charge subject to availability.
Payment is by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) or invoice with 14-day terms. For larger accounts we offer 30-day terms and quarterly settlement on request.

From what volume does a framework contract make sense?
Typically from about 15-20 rides per quarter or regular need for executive transfers. Even before that, a mini framework with flat hourly rates can make sense, without requiring a formal contract.
Can we settle multiple cost centres via one account?
Yes. Per booking, the cost centre is either stored by the secretariat or specified by the employee at booking. The consolidated invoice arrives at the end of the month with itemised positions per cost centre, employee and trip purpose.
How does booking via our secretariat work?
Your secretariat reaches a dedicated account manager directly by email or phone – no hotline. Standard routes and preferred vehicles are stored; a booking typically takes under two minutes. On request we also set up a booking mailbox used only by your employees.
Are your chauffeurs GDPR-compliant and discreet?
Yes. Every permanent chauffeur signs a confidentiality agreement; booking data is processed and stored in compliance with GDPR. On request we provide a data processing agreement (DPA) if your compliance requires it.
Can multiple employees travel simultaneously in different vehicles?
Yes, that is standard. We schedule multiple chauffeurs and vehicle classes for your account in parallel – the CEO in the S-Class to a meeting, simultaneously a V-Class for an investor group, plus a Sprinter for a sales team. All under one consolidated invoice.
What about same-day short-notice bookings?
For corporate clients with framework contracts we maintain capacity reserves. Same-day short-notice bookings are possible free of charge in most cases; only when a special vehicle (Maybach, armoured, Sprinter with special equipment) is requested do we need 2-3 days lead time.
