Unlike business bookings via a secretariat, private chauffeur services are about recognition, trust and personal preferences. For private clients we work with a core team of four to six chauffeurs, of whom one or two become your personal regulars – they know your address, your family members, your routes and your habits (no radio preferred, water at room temperature, prefer to sit rear right).
- Dedicated chauffeur instead of rotating drivers – on request one or two fixed persons who know you and your family personally and implement your preferences without asking.
- Family trips with children, grandparents or care-dependent relatives – including child seats and baby carriers free of charge, calm driving style and patience when boarding, in case someone has limited mobility.
- Weekly and monthly packages for regular needs – e.g. weekly theatre evenings, monthly medical appointments, regular drives to the lakeside home; cheaper than individual bookings.
- Discreet handling of your private addresses, appointments and companions – a confidentiality agreement signed by every chauffeur is our standard, not an add-on.

Over the years, four recurring scenarios have emerged that we handle particularly well – from the regular family routine to a once-in-a-lifetime occasion. What they all share: the chauffeur is not just a driver, but part of a day that matters to you and your loved ones.
- Recurring family trips: parents or grandparents to the doctor, rehab or therapist – usually weekly, with the same chauffeur who knows the entrance to the GP practice and the wheelchair ramp.
- Personal occasions: weddings, milestone birthdays, golden wedding anniversaries, children's confirmations – in an S-Class or Maybach, with waiting time during the celebration and a relaxed drive home for everyone.
- Theatre, concert and opera evenings: there and back with waiting time at the venue – National Theatre, Prinzregententheater, Gasteig, Philharmonie. No parking search, no alcohol concerns.
- Commutes to second homes or the mountains: Tegernsee, Starnberg, Garmisch, Kitzbuhel – weekly, monthly or seasonally, with a reliable pick-up and return on the agreed day.

How to book your private chauffeur
At first contact we take 15-20 minutes to understand what you need. A one-off occasion or regular requirement? Who will be travelling – parents, children, elderly family members? Which vehicle is right, any preferences regarding language, driving style, assistance when alighting? Based on this we recommend either a single booking or a package model and introduce you to a suitable regular chauffeur.
- Single booking: fixed price per trip or hourly rate from EUR 150/h (E-Class, 3h minimum) – ideal for one-off occasions like weddings or theatre evenings.
- Weekly package: for regular needs (e.g. weekly appointment), individually calculated – typically 15-20% cheaper than individual bookings.
- Monthly package: for multiple weekly rides with a clear pattern (e.g. medical appointments, commutes), including dedicated chauffeur guarantee and personal vehicle briefing.
- On-demand standby for premium private clients: chauffeur available during the day or evening within 30-60 minutes, similar to a personal driver without formal employment.
Payment for private clients is by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer or PayPal – on request also by SEPA direct debit for monthly packages. For long-standing clients with an established relationship we also offer quarterly invoicing.

Will I really always get the same chauffeur?
We assign one or two preferred chauffeurs as your regulars. As long as your first choice is available (no holiday, no illness), you genuinely always ride with the same person. If unavailable, the second choice steps in automatically – someone you also already know. We deliberately avoid rotating unknown faces.
Are child seats included in the price?
Yes. Child seats in groups 0+, 1, 2 and 3 as well as baby carriers are provided free of charge. Please state the number and age of children at booking so that we can prepare and correctly install the appropriate seat before we arrive.
How do weekly and monthly packages work?
We calculate a fixed price based on your typical weekly or monthly bookings. You pay regardless of whether an appointment falls through in a given week – in return, short-notice additional bookings are possible at no surcharge. Experience shows the package saves 15-20% compared to individual bookings, but is above all more relaxed because there is no per-trip invoicing.
Can you also drive elderly or care-dependent family members?
Yes. Our chauffeurs are experienced in dealing with elderly people or persons with limited mobility. They assist with boarding and alighting, transport walkers or wheelchairs, drive calmly and take the time needed. On request they also accompany to the practice door or waiting area.
What does a private chauffeur in Munich cost for a day?
Hourly rates from EUR 150/h (E-Class), from EUR 150/h (V-Class), from EUR 180/h (S-Class), each with 3h minimum booking. Airport transfer from EUR 150 (E-Class). Daily packages and weekly/monthly packages available on request.
Do my addresses and appointments remain confidential?
Yes. Every chauffeur signs a confidentiality agreement; your addresses, appointments, companions and route preferences are not shared internally or with third parties. On request, booking confirmations can also be sent to an alternative email address (e.g. property management, personal assistant).
