How does booking work?

How can I book a chauffeur?
You can book conveniently online via our booking form, by email or by phone. We respond within 30 minutes with a binding fixed-price quote.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 24-48 hours before your appointment. Same-day bookings are possible subject to availability — simply send us a request.
Are the prices fixed or are there additional costs?
Fixed prices. Airport waiting time (60 min), 15 min pickup wait and parking fees at MUC are included. Toll roads (e.g. Brenner motorway) are shown transparently in advance.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal and invoice for corporate clients with verified credit. Cash payment in the vehicle on request.

What is included in the price?
Fixed price including chauffeur, vehicle, insurance, VAT, 60 min waiting time at the airport, 15 min pickup wait, complimentary water, Wi-Fi and daily newspapers.
Do you track my flight?
Yes. For every airport pickup we track your flight live. In case of delays we adjust the pickup time free of charge. If your flight is cancelled, we do not charge for the trip.
Which languages do your chauffeurs speak?
All chauffeurs speak German and English. French, Italian, Russian or Arabic-speaking chauffeurs are available on request.
Are your chauffeurs bound by confidentiality?
Yes. Every chauffeur signs a confidentiality agreement. Discretion is the foundation of our service — we do not comment on appointments or conversations.

Vehicles & Equipment

Which vehicles do you operate?

Which vehicles are available?
Mercedes-Benz S-Class (1-3 passengers), E-Class (1-3 passengers), V-Class and V-Class Premium (up to 7 passengers), VIP Sprinter (up to 20 passengers). All vehicles are current model years, well-maintained and with premium equipment.
Are Wi-Fi and water complimentary?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi, still water, USB charging and daily newspapers are standard in every vehicle.
Do you also offer armoured vehicles?
Yes, on request. Mercedes-Benz S-Class Guard and V-Class in protection classes VR4, VR6 or higher. Lead time for special vehicles typically 2-6 weeks.
Are the vehicles smoke-free?
Yes. All vehicles are strictly smoke-free and are cleaned after every trip. Allergy sufferers and non-smokers travel comfortably.

Cancellation & Other

What about changes?

Can I cancel free of charge?
Cancellations up to 24 hours before the appointment are free of charge. For shorter notice we charge on a sliding scale of 50-100% — see our terms. Flight delays or cancellations are not charged.
Can I reschedule appointments?
Rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the appointment. Within 24 hours subject to availability — we always strive for a flexible solution.
Do you also offer trips abroad?
Yes. We regularly drive to Austria (Salzburg, Innsbruck, Vienna), Switzerland (Zurich, Basel) and Northern Italy. All international formalities, tolls and road tax stickers are included in the price.
Can child seats or infant carriers be provided?
Yes. Please indicate the number and age of children at booking. We provide child seats (groups 0+, 1, 2, 3) free of charge.
