The Mercedes VIP Business Sprinter is not an ordinary minibus — it is a premium vehicle fitted with Mercedes-quality leather interior, no high floor and no coach feel. We use it to transport conference delegates in suits, wedding guests in formal attire, business delegations and families heading to their ski holiday — each travelling comfortably in a vehicle that looks appropriate outside any hotel. USB charging ports and complimentary Wi-Fi at every seat, a permanently employed Sprinter chauffeur with bus experience, fluent in German and English.

Equipment in Detail
Premium leather interior in Mercedes quality at every seat, individual USB-C charging ports, reading lights and climate vents. Blue ambient ceiling lighting for an elegant atmosphere, especially during evening and night drives.
Tinted windows on the sides and rear for privacy, large luggage compartment for up to 20 suitcases or special gear. Air conditioning with separate zones for driver and passenger areas. TV screens and tables available on request (in selected Sprinter variants). Two complimentary water bottles per passenger and daily newspapers in German and English are standard.

What the VIP Sprinter Is Booked For
Conferences, seminars, workshops: delegate shuttle from MUC to the conference hotel and back, often as a wave service over several hours. Wedding guest shuttle: pendulum service between hotel and event venue, so nobody drives after drinking and everyone arrives safely at their hotels.
Exhibitor teams and trade fair logistics: ICM Munich during Bauma, IAA Mobility, ISPO or Expo Real — exhibitors are driven at hourly or half-hourly intervals from the terminal to the hall and back. Sports groups, large family events, club outings: team arrivals, ski club tours, milestone birthdays with larger families. During major events, our Sprinters book out very early — we recommend 4-6 weeks advance booking.

What Sprinter sizes are available?
Three configurations: 9 seats (mid-size groups with lots of luggage), 14 seats (standard size for conference and wedding shuttles) and 20 seats (maximum capacity up to 21 people including chauffeur). With bulky luggage, the passenger count is reduced accordingly.
How much does a Premium Sprinter cost per hour?
Hourly rate from €150/h (3h minimum booking). Airport transfer from €350. Waiting time, parking, water and Wi-Fi included. Daily packages and fixed prices for additional routes available on request.
What is the difference from a standard coach?
Our VIP Sprinter accommodates up to 20 people and is clearly positioned in the premium segment — leather interior, no high floor. Standard coaches start at 30-50 passengers. For groups of 30+, we arrange a coach through our partners.
Can you provide multiple Sprinters simultaneously?
Yes. For groups of 25+, we coordinate 2-3 Sprinters in convoy with a central contact person. Mixed convoys (two Sprinters plus a V-Class for VIP guests) are also possible. Allow 2-3 weeks lead time.
Can we travel abroad with the Sprinter?
Yes. We regularly travel to the Alps (Garmisch, Kitzbuhel, Lech), Austria (Salzburg, Vienna, Innsbruck), Switzerland (Zurich, St. Moritz, Davos) and northern Italy (Cortina, Madonna di Campiglio). Tolls and vignettes are included in the fixed price.
Can ski equipment and sports gear be transported?
Yes. The 20-seat Sprinter has a generous luggage compartment that accommodates ski gear and helmets for 12-15 people. At full capacity with complete ski equipment, we recommend the 14-seat Sprinter with more luggage space or a second Sprinter.
