ENGAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Executive chauffeur engagements are agreed in writing, but the structure is intentionally simple: a monthly base fee covering guaranteed availability windows, plus per-hour usage at a defined rate. We avoid excessively long contracts; most engagements run on a 3-month rolling basis with auto-renewal, terminable with 30 days notice. The point is to make the right thing easy – not to lock you in.
For C-level executives at companies that already have a corporate framework with us, the engagement can run through that framework with cost-center allocation, or as a personal arrangement billed directly. Either is fine. Payment terms are flexible: monthly invoice on net-30 for personal arrangements, integrated into corporate billing for framework clients.
