The Mercedes-Benz E-Class is the most popular vehicle class for daily business trips — not because it is cheaper than the S-Class, but because it is exactly the right size for 80% of all occasions. We deploy the current W214 generation, available since 2023 and often referred to in the trade press as the small S-Class: 4.95 metres long, 2.96-metre wheelbase, MBUX Superscreen optional. The rear offers significantly more space than the previous generation; even tall passengers travel four hours on the motorway without tension. Our vehicles are current model years, meticulously maintained and thoroughly cleaned the day before every booking.

Leather interior in Black, Macchiato Beige or Sienna Brown depending on the vehicle, 360-degree camera, Burmester sound system on request. The MBUX Superscreen extends from the driver to the front-passenger display; in the rear, two complimentary water bottles (still, room temperature) and daily newspapers in German and English are standard.
USB-C charging ports at all four seats, headphone connections and individual reading lights. Climate comfort zones for driver and front passenger; shared climate system for the rear with a separate control panel. Complimentary Wi-Fi via mobile routing, with sufficient bandwidth for simultaneous video calls and laptop work. English-speaking chauffeur available at no extra charge when booking.

When the E-Class Is the Right Choice
Business trips in and around Munich are by far the most common use case: executive-lite chauffeur service, daily point-to-point appointments, roadshow days with multiple stops, airport transfers for business travellers. Those who need a chauffeur service for regular daily duties without paying the S-Class premium almost always choose the E-Class.
For long distances (Munich-Berlin, Munich-Frankfurt, Munich-Vienna, Munich-Zurich), it is also a very popular choice because the comfort is sufficient for four to five hours on the motorway and the price is considerably below S-Class level. For private clients, theatre evenings, wedding arrivals with reduced comfort expectations, and wellness weekends in the Alpine foothills (Lake Tegernsee, Garmisch) are typical booking reasons.

What is the difference from the S-Class?
The E-Class at 4.95m is slightly shorter than the S-Class (5.29m), has no massage seats and no privacy shade on the rear window. However, interior comfort and equipment are very similar. For 80% of business trips, it is the right choice.
How much does the E-Class cost per hour or per route?
Airport fixed price from €150 (one way), hourly rate from €95/h (3h minimum booking). Waiting time, parking, water and complimentary Wi-Fi are included. Daily packages available on request.
Which E-Class generation do you use?
Current W214 generation since 2023, model years 2024-2026. All vehicles with leather interior, MBUX, climate comfort zones and complimentary Wi-Fi.
Is the E-Class suitable for long distances like Munich to Vienna?
Yes. Four hours of travel are comfortably manageable in the E-Class, with sufficient legroom and quiet cabin acoustics. For executive-level requirements, we recommend the S-Class; otherwise the E-Class is the more cost-effective choice.
Can we upgrade to S-Class?
Yes, at any time. We set E-Class as the default in your account and note per booking whether you prefer S-Class or V-Class this time. The surcharge is transparently itemised.
Do your chauffeurs speak English?
Yes, all chauffeurs speak fluent German and English. French, Italian or additional languages are available on request depending on booking lead time.
