What Sets Our Oktoberfest Service Apart

During the Wiesn weeks (mid-September to early October), Munich changes noticeably — the city centre is busier, taxis are scarce, underground trains are packed, and at night there are long queues at every taxi rank outside the tents. On top of that: when you leave a beer tent, you rarely want to stand in the cold for 30 minutes waiting for a driver. Our Wiesn chauffeur service solves exactly these problems — with reserved capacity, tent-savvy chauffeurs and reliable ride-home times without waiting.

  • Reserved capacity during Wiesn weeks — we plan our fleet ahead for the peak season and guarantee your booked vehicle at the agreed time, even after midnight.
  • Beer-tent-experienced chauffeurs who know exactly where to pick up and drop off at Kafer, Schottenhamel, Hofbrau, Augustiner or Marstall — no long searches and no walking through the crowds.
  • Ride home without waiting after the beer tent — you make a quick call, the chauffeur is at the agreed pick-up point within minutes. No queuing at the taxi rank, no searching at Goetheplatz at night.
  • Discreet handling throughout the beer tent visit — the chauffeur stays reachable, makes no comments, knows his vehicle inside out and keeps water and bags ready, just in case someone feels unwell after a long Wiesn night.

Ride Home Without the Risk

Nobody needs to drive after drinking or take the underground home. You leave the beer tent, briefly contact the chauffeur, step in and within minutes you are on your way home or to the hotel — no taxi queue.

Beer-Tent-Savvy Chauffeurs

Our Wiesn chauffeurs know the pick-up and drop-off points at every major tent (Kafer, Schottenhamel, Hofbrau, Augustiner, Marstall, Ochsenbraterei) as well as the police road closures around the Theresienwiese during Oktoberfest weeks.

Discreet and Prepared

Still water, simple refreshment wipes and, on request, a small emergency bag are in the vehicle. If someone feels unwell after hours in the beer tent, we are prepared — without fuss, without comment.

Typical Wiesn Bookings

Who Books Our Oktoberfest Service

During the Wiesn weeks, our bookings fall into four recurring patterns. Each works best with different vehicle classes and booking models. What they all share: strictly limited capacity, early booking recommended, fixed price instead of hourly surprises at the end of a long night.

  • Private clients at the Wiesn: pick-up and drop-off for one or multiple beer tent visits spread across the Wiesn weeks — usually Mercedes-Benz E-Class or S-Class, V-Class for larger families with 5-7 people.
  • Corporate clients with a Wiesn box or table: the CEO collects clients from the hotel, takes them to the tent, drives them back after several hours — often as an hourly package over 6-10 hours.
  • International guests in Munich for the Oktoberfest season: airport welcome at MUC, Wiesn pick-up and drop-off, Munich sightseeing the next day — usually as a 3-day programme with the same chauffeur.
  • Weddings and birthdays in a Wiesn box: larger groups of 8-20 people with V-Class or VIP Sprinter, shuttle between multiple hotels and the tent, often with late-night multi-trip service.

We strongly recommend early booking. Peak slots (first Wiesn Saturday night, Italian Weekend, closing Sunday) are often fully booked by July or August. Ideal: book in May or June, by the end of August at the latest. For corporate clients with framework agreements, we reserve Wiesn slots automatically from the previous year. Ideal for groups: Mercedes-Benz V-Class up to 7 passengers. Similar event service: Chauffeur to the Allianz Arena.

Prices & Booking

What a Wiesn Chauffeur in Munich Costs

During Wiesn weeks, we charge by the hour because waiting time during the beer tent visit is typical — often 4-6 hours, sometimes more. Minimum booking 4 hours during the Oktoberfest season (instead of the usual 3 hours), because our chauffeurs are exclusively blocked for your slot. A one-way pick-up or drop-off without waiting time is available at a cheaper fixed price — for instance when your own driver takes you there and only the ride home is booked with us.

  • Mercedes-Benz E-Class from €95/h Wiesn season (4h minimum) — standard for 1-3 people, pick-up and drop-off, waiting time at the tent included.
  • Mercedes-Benz S-Class from €120/h Wiesn season (4h minimum) — for VIP occasions, corporate clients with international guests or prestigious beer tent visits.
  • Mercedes-Benz V-Class from €95/h Wiesn season (4h minimum) — for families or groups of 5-7, with storage space for dirndls and souvenirs.
  • Ride-home fixed price (return trip from the tent area only, no outbound journey or waiting): from €150 within Munich. Suburban locations on request.

Payment by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), bank transfer, PayPal or on invoice for corporate clients. A 30% deposit confirms the booking; the balance is settled after the Wiesn night or via consolidated invoice. Cancellations during the Oktoberfest weeks are only free of charge up to 72 hours before the appointment, because our slots are particularly limited at this time.

Have questions? Get in touch!

We coordinate your event logistics from a single point of contact: one contact person, one consolidated invoice, synchronised arrival times between multiple vehicles.

How early should I book for the Oktoberfest?
Ideally in May or June, by the end of August at the latest. Peak slots such as the first Wiesn Saturday night, the Italian Weekend and the closing Sunday are often fully booked by July. For corporate clients with framework agreements, we can automatically reserve slots from the previous year for the following Oktoberfest season.
Can you drive right up to the beer tent?
Yes, as far as police road closures during the Wiesn allow. We know the official pick-up and drop-off points at all major tents (Kafer, Schottenhamel, Hofbrau, Augustiner, Marstall, Ochsenbraterei) and use the nearest permitted position. You typically walk less than 50 metres from the vehicle to the entrance.
What happens if the beer tent visit lasts longer than booked?
Additional hours are billed at the same hourly rate, with no surcharge. You send a quick message to the chauffeur, he stays available — extensions on site are possible without any bureaucracy. We bill the extra time transparently the following day or with the consolidated invoice.
Are your chauffeurs available after midnight?
Yes, with no night surcharge. During Wiesn weeks, the ride home between 10:30pm and 2:00am is our most frequent use case. The only important factor: pre-agree the latest end time so the chauffeur remains available and is not blocked by driving-hours regulations.
Do you offer corporate packages for Wiesn boxes or tables?
Yes. For corporate clients with their own beer tent table or a Wiesn box, we provide multiple vehicles simultaneously on request — CEO in the S-Class, clients in the V-Class, with central coordination and one consolidated invoice at the end of the season. Including welcome service at MUC and hotel shuttle if needed.
What does a one-way ride home from the tent area cost?
Fixed price from €150 within Munich (E-Class), from €180 in the S-Class, from €150 in the V-Class for 5-7 passengers. Suburban locations and MUC on request. We recommend booking the ride home before the beer tent visit, as spontaneous requests during peak Wiesn hours are often no longer available.
