When four or more people arrive at MUC, a single car transfer quickly becomes uncomfortable or has to be split across multiple vehicles. Our shuttle service solves exactly that: one Mercedes-Benz V-Class, V-Class Premium or VIP Sprinter, one chauffeur, one invoice – your group arrives together at the hotel, trade fair or conference centre.
Groups, not individual rides
Travelling with five executives, a ten-person delegation or an entire conference team? As soon as the group exceeds three people and luggage is involved, a multi-passenger shuttle is significantly better value than two or three individual limousines. You have just one contact at the airport, everyone arrives at the hotel at the same time, and communication during the ride happens in the same vehicle – important before conferences, workshops and board meetings when last-minute coordination still needs to happen in the car. Our standard shuttle vehicle is the Mercedes-Benz V-Class; for individual travellers requiring greater discretion, we recommend our Executive Chauffeur service.

Sprinter and V-Class allow face-to-face seating. Review the last slides, go over the agenda, rehearse greetings – there is enough time for that on the journey from MUC to the hotel.
Instead of three separate invoices you receive one consolidated bill – with participant list and cost centre on request, which simplifies expense reporting in your accounting department considerably.

Typical use cases
Our shuttle service from MUC is most commonly used in four scenarios – each with its own requirements that we know from years of experience. Before every booking we clarify three points with you: exact passenger count, type of luggage and the follow-up appointment. Based on that we recommend vehicle class and departure time – not the other way around.
For recurring group transfers (e.g. monthly auditor teams, regular training sessions, annual sales meetings) we offer framework contracts with flat-rate conditions. Booking then runs through your secretariat or travel management, without needing a new enquiry each time. Official pickup zones and arrival halls: Munich Airport.
How to book
For group shuttles, lead time is somewhat more relevant than for individual transfers, because we need to schedule a larger vehicle or an experienced Sprinter chauffeur depending on passenger count. Ideally 48 hours before arrival – then we also guarantee the exact desired model. Send us passenger count, luggage (number of suitcases, special items), flight number/arrival time and destination address – we confirm with a fixed price within one hour.
Payment is by invoice (business clients), bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. On request you receive a consolidated invoice per event with a breakdown of all individual rides – including cost centres, if you need to recharge internally.
