Our shuttle service solves exactly that: one Mercedes-Benz V-Class, V-Class Premium or VIP Sprinter, one chauffeur, one invoice – your group arrives together at the hotel, trade fair or conference centre.
Groups, not individual rides
When a shuttle is better than two limousines
Travelling with five executives, a ten-person delegation or an entire conference team? As soon as the group exceeds three people and luggage is involved, a multi-passenger shuttle is significantly better value than two or three individual limousines. You have just one contact at the airport, everyone arrives at the hotel at the same time, and communication during the ride happens in the same vehicle – important before conferences, workshops and board meetings when last-minute coordination still needs to happen in the car. Our standard shuttle vehicle is the Mercedes-Benz V-Class; for individual travellers requiring greater discretion, we recommend our Executive Chauffeur service.

Who books our airport shuttle
Our shuttle service from MUC is most commonly used in four scenarios – each with its own requirements that we know from years of experience. Before every booking we clarify three points with you: exact passenger count, type of luggage and the follow-up appointment. Based on that we recommend vehicle class and departure time – not the other way around.
- ICM / Messe Munich: exhibitor teams, international delegations, roadshow crews, often in waves over several hours. We coordinate multi-shuttles from the terminal directly to the hall.
- Conferences & meetings at Munich conference hotels (Vier Jahreszeiten, Bayerischer Hof, The Charles, Mandarin Oriental, Kempinski Airport): arrivals often staggered, departures often synchronised.
- Corporate trips & incentives: 12-20 employees arriving on the same flight and needing to reach the destination together – usually a conference venue, brewery or premium hotel in the surrounding area.
- Sports groups & cultural trips: teams, orchestras, tour groups with special luggage (instruments, sports gear) – we plan the vehicle class accordingly, not just by passenger count.
For recurring group transfers (e.g. monthly auditor teams, regular training sessions, annual sales meetings) we offer framework contracts with flat-rate conditions. How to book
Your shuttle from MUC or Memmingen
For group shuttles, lead time is somewhat more relevant than for individual transfers, because we need to schedule a larger vehicle or an experienced Sprinter chauffeur depending on passenger count. Ideally 48 hours before arrival – then we also guarantee the exact desired model. Send us passenger count, luggage (number of suitcases, special items), flight number/arrival time and destination address – we confirm with a fixed price within one hour.
- Fixed price for the entire group – not charged per person. One invoice, one payment, simple expense accounting.
- 60 minutes waiting time from landing is standard; for larger groups with customs clearance or special luggage we extend the waiting time free of charge to up to 90 minutes.
- Multiple pick-up points possible: we collect part of the group at the hotel and pick up arriving colleagues at the terminal – all in one trip.
- For multi-day events: standby arrangement – the same chauffeur and same Sprinter remain with you until the group returns to MUC.
Payment is by invoice (business clients), bank transfer, credit card or PayPal. On request you receive a consolidated invoice per event with a breakdown of all individual rides – including cost centres, if you need to recharge internally.

How many people fit in a Sprinter shuttle?
Typically 9, 14 or 20 passengers with luggage – depending on the model variant. With particularly bulky or heavy luggage (instruments, sports equipment, trade fair material) the passenger count reduces accordingly; we clarify this at booking.
What does a shuttle for 10 people from MUC cost?
From EUR 350 in the Premium Sprinter to the city centre (approx. 50 km, approx. 45 min). Fixed price including 60 min waiting time, parking fees and complimentary water. The exact price depends on destination and luggage volume – we confirm it before booking.
Are multiple stops en route possible?
Yes. If the group is staying at different hotels, we make up to three stops within the Munich city area at no extra charge. Additional stops are charged based on distance.
Can you run trade fair shuttles multiple times per day?
Yes. During trade fairs such as BAUMA, ISPO or Expo Real we regularly run on a 30/60-minute cycle between the terminal and ICM. On request with a dedicated coordinator as central contact for your entire exhibitor team.
Do the Sprinter chauffeurs speak English?
Yes. All Sprinter chauffeurs are permanent employees and speak German and English. French, Italian or Russian-speaking chauffeurs are available on request with a few days notice.
Can I get a consolidated invoice for multiple shuttle rides?
Yes. For multiple rides within one event you receive a consolidated invoice itemised per ride, date, passenger count and cost centre on request. This greatly simplifies internal recharging.
