Low-cost connections often go to Memmingen (FMM), business travellers with private jets sometimes start from Innsbruck (INN) or Salzburg (SZG), and Augsburg, Friedrichshafen or Linz are not uncommon either. - Memmingen Airport (FMM) to Munich: fixed price per route, approx. 1 h 15 min via the A96 – frequently used after Ryanair/Wizz Air arrivals. Price on request.
- Salzburg Airport (SZG) to Munich: fixed price per route, approx. 1 h 30 min – especially for private jet arrivals without an MUC slot, a real alternative. Price on request.
- Innsbruck Airport (INN) to Munich: fixed price per route, approx. 2 h via the Inn Valley motorway – relevant in ski season and for Tyrol-related travel. Price on request.
We also handle connecting transfers, for example from MUC to Munich Central Station or between two airports on the same day, with the same fixed-price model. If you fly into Munich regularly, we store your hotel and home address once – from then on, flight number and date are all we need, the rest runs automatically.

Your Munich Airport Transfer
Booking takes less than three minutes. You provide us with the flight number (for arrivals) or departure time (for departures), the exact address in Munich plus number of passengers and luggage – we confirm with a fixed price within 30 minutes. For first-time bookings you also receive a reminder message the day before with chauffeur name, mobile number and vehicle. Booking on behalf of third parties (secretary, travel desk, hotel concierge) is no problem.
- 60 minutes free waiting time from landing – you can take your time through customs and baggage claim without the clock running.
- Meet & greet at the arrivals hall: your chauffeur awaits you with a name sign opposite the exit, on request also directly at the General Aviation Terminal for private jets.
- Child seats and baby carriers (groups 0+ to 3) are provided free of charge – simply state the age at booking.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before pick-up. In case of flight cancellations or missed connections we naturally do not charge.
For business clients with regular needs we store flat-rate conditions and provide consolidated monthly invoices – with cost centres per booking on request. Payment is by bank transfer, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), PayPal or invoice.

What does a Munich Airport transfer to the city centre cost?
From EUR 150 in the Mercedes-Benz E-Class, from EUR 180 in the S-Class, from EUR 150 in the V-Class for up to 7 passengers. The fixed price includes waiting time, tolls, parking fees at MUC and complimentary water and Wi-Fi in the vehicle.
How does the meet & greet at the arrivals hall work?
Your chauffeur awaits you with a name sign opposite the baggage hall exit (Terminal 1 or 2). For private jet arrivals, the greeting takes place directly at the General Aviation Terminal. In case of delays we automatically adjust the pick-up time via flight tracking.
How far in advance should I book?
Ideally 24 hours before arrival or departure. Same-day short-notice bookings are possible subject to availability – simply message us and we will reply with a binding confirmation within 30 minutes.
Can you also cover Memmingen or other airports?
Yes. We offer fixed prices to/from Memmingen (FMM), Salzburg (SZG), Innsbruck (INN) as well as Friedrichshafen, Augsburg and Linz. These routes are served with the same service standard as MUC transfers. Exact prices on request.
Are waiting time and parking fees at MUC included in the price?
Yes. 60 minutes waiting time from landing, parking fees at MUC and 15 minutes buffer time at the pick-up point are all included in the fixed price. You receive a transparent invoice with no additional charges.
Can multiple passengers travel together?
Yes. Mercedes-Benz V-Class for up to 7 passengers with luggage, V-Class Premium also for 7 passengers with enhanced comfort, VIP Sprinter for up to 20 passengers. We also regularly transport families with children and child seats.
