At Luxora VIP we arrange coaches with 50, 60 or up to 80 seats through our partner network of vetted operators. You book everything through us: one contact, one invoice, one guaranteed quality – we take care of selection, availability and coordination.

Anyone looking for a 50 or 60-person coach in Munich usually faces the same problem: there are numerous operators with varying quality, comparing takes time, and availability during peak season is tight anyway. We take that off your plate. Over the years we have built a partner network of vetted regional coach operators, with whom we have agreed binding conditions and quality standards. You tell us what you need the coach for – we coordinate the right vehicle and the right driver.
Instead of calling five coach companies and comparing quotes, you describe the occasion, passenger count and route to us once. We coordinate the selection with our partner network and propose the right vehicle at an agreed day rate.
We work exclusively with coach operators whose licence, vehicle inspection and driver qualifications we have verified. For weddings and VIP events we specifically coordinate premium providers with comfort-class equipment.
If you also need limousines for the bridal couple, the board or guests of honour, we coordinate coach and limousines from a single point – with synchronised arrival, one invoice and one contact person.

When to rent a coach
Coach bookings for 30 or more passengers broadly fall into four recurring use cases. They all share: a group of 30+ people, a clearly defined occasion and usually a specific date. We coordinate the appropriate coach size for the occasion and, if needed, an additional support vehicle for luggage or sports equipment.
During peak season – especially May to September for weddings and club outings, and school-trip weeks in May/June and September – coaches book out very early. We recommend 8-12 weeks lead time for weddings and larger group trips, 4-6 weeks for day trips during peak season and 2-3 weeks for dates outside peak times.
Pricing & booking
Coach prices depend heavily on coach size, route and rental duration – considerably more so than for our limousines. We confirm the fixed price after coordinating with our partner company, typically within 24 hours of your enquiry. Included in the price are driver, tolls, standard parking fees and – depending on coach class – onboard toilet, air conditioning and catering.
For coach bookings a 30% deposit at booking is standard, with the balance due 7-14 days before departure depending on the partner company. Cancellation policy follows our partner operators' standard terms. If you also need limousines (e.g. for a bridal couple or executive), we settle everything in one invoice – you have one contact for the entire order.
