If you are a private individual, artist, athlete or family member of a publicly exposed person facing a concrete or potential threat profile, a standard chauffeur service is not an adequate answer. Our personal protection service combines trained security expertise with the comfort of a premium Mercedes – discreet, predictable, without restricting your daily life.

CHAUFFEUR AND CLOSE-PROTECTION OFFICER IN ONE
What separates us from a standard chauffeur
In classical close protection, bodyguards and drivers work as separate teams – this is highly visible, often oversized and in many everyday situations disproportionate. Our approach is built for people with elevated but not acutely escalated security needs: the chauffeur themselves is trained as a close-protection officer (German §34a GewO certification, tactical driving, first aid, observation skills) and covers both functions. You have one single point of contact rather than a four-person team – and from the outside you appear simply as a regular chauffeur client travelling in a Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Permanently employed chauffeur close-protection officers with §34a GewO certification, tactical driving training and regular refresher courses – not occasional contractors.
Threat assessment before each new engagement: we discuss threat profile, routines, weak points and escalation stages with you or your security advisor in advance.
Discreet appearance – no dark suit with visible earpiece, no second escort vehicle, no obvious security setup. Outwardly a normal chauffeur, when needed considerably more.
Scalable on escalation: second escort vehicle, armored vehicle or external security team can be added at any time – without you having to switch providers.
Each chauffeur in this service is certified under §34a GewO and trained in tactical driving, observation and first aid. Many have backgrounds in police, military or government protection units. Continuous refresher training is mandatory.
Confidential threat assessment
Before the first booking we hold a confidential intake conversation – ideally in person, otherwise by encrypted video call. We discuss your threat profile, routines, exposure points and any specific concerns. Findings are documented under NDA only.
Armored vehicles available
For elevated threat profiles, we deploy armored Mercedes-Benz S-Class or V-Class vehicles in VR4 to VR9 protection levels (B4-B7 ballistic resistance). Sourced from established armoring partners; available with appropriate advance notice.
When personal protection chauffeur service applies
The clients who book this service typically share a common pattern: an elevated personal exposure, a recurring or location-bound threat profile, and a strong preference against visible security. The four scenarios below cover the most common engagements. If your situation does not fit cleanly into one of these patterns, we are happy to assess in a confidential preliminary conversation.
Family members of publicly exposed persons (CEOs, politicians, public figures) – school runs, daily routines, weekend transport, where visible security would attract unwanted attention.
Artists, athletes and entertainment talent with stalker exposure or paparazzi pressure – pickup at private residences, route diversification, secure venue arrival.
Private clients with concrete threat assessments (corporate, ex-spouse, public-record disputes) – continuity of chauffeur, route variability, tactical awareness in daily transport.
For all engagements, the level of visible security is calibrated to actual threat – not to performative reassurance. Many clients begin with a single chauffeur in a regular Mercedes, and only escalate to armored vehicles or escort cars when assessment indicates it. The point is proportionate response, not theatrical security. Related service: Executive chauffeur Munich for regular business travel without elevated security requirements.
A personal protection engagement is not booked through a web form. The first step is always a confidential conversation – ideally in person at our Munich office or your location, otherwise via encrypted video call. We listen first, ask questions, then propose a setup. Nothing is committed in writing before you have agreed the approach. Below are the four typical onboarding stages, all under signed NDA.
Initial confidential conversation: 60-90 minutes, in person or by encrypted video. We listen to your situation, the threat assessment if one exists, and your preferences for visibility and routine.
Proposed setup with vehicle class, chauffeur profile, optional armored vehicle and any escort or coordination requirements – delivered in writing under NDA only.
Trial engagement (typically 4-6 weeks) with regular review – we adjust the protocol based on how the routine actually unfolds, often reducing rather than increasing visible measures.
Long-term retainer with dedicated chauffeur, fixed availability windows and documented protocols. Reviewed quarterly. Termination clause without notice in case of changing threat profile.
For all engagements, our internal data handling follows strict confidentiality rules: no client names in dispatch systems, no booking data shared with partner services, paper-only records on request. We have worked with German federal protection services and corporate security departments and understand the standards expected in this domain.
Confidential inquiries are handled with absolute discretion. Send us a message or call – we will discuss your requirements in a private preliminary conversation.

What qualifies your chauffeurs as close-protection officers?
All chauffeurs in this service hold the German §34a GewO certification (the legal basis for security services in Germany), have completed tactical driving training, are certified in first aid, and many come from police, military or government protection backgrounds. Refresher training is mandatory at least annually.
Can you provide armored vehicles?
Yes. We deploy armored Mercedes-Benz S-Class and V-Class vehicles in VR4 through VR9 protection levels (B4-B7 ballistic resistance), sourced from established armoring partners. Lead time is typically 1-2 weeks for confirmed allocation. The need for armoring is assessed during the initial confidential conversation.
How do I begin without revealing sensitive information?
The first conversation is always under NDA, signed before any details are shared. We typically meet in person at our Munich office or your location of choice, with no third parties present. If you prefer, we can use encrypted video (Signal, Threema or similar). Nothing is committed in writing before you have agreed the approach.
Are you suitable for clients without a concrete threat?
Yes. Many clients book this service preventively – not because of a specific incident, but because their public profile or family situation creates exposure that warrants trained personnel. The threshold is not "is there a threat now" but "would a trained protective driver materially reduce risk in routine situations".
How visible is the protection during daily routines?
Calibrated to your situation – usually deliberately invisible. The chauffeur wears a regular dark suit, the vehicle is a standard Mercedes, there is no escort car unless threat assessment requires one. From the outside, the setup looks identical to a normal chauffeur engagement. The expertise is in what the chauffeur does, not what they look like.
Can you coordinate with my existing security setup?
Yes – this is common for high-net-worth families with private security advisors or for corporate executives whose company has a security department. We coordinate directly with your security lead, follow agreed protocols and exchange information through secured channels. We are not your primary security provider; we are the trained-driver component of your overall setup.
