CHAUFFEUR AND CLOSE-PROTECTION OFFICER IN ONE
In classical close protection, bodyguards and drivers work as separate teams – this is highly visible, often oversized and in many everyday situations disproportionate. Our approach is built for people with elevated but not acutely escalated security needs: the chauffeur themselves is trained as a close-protection officer (German §34a GewO certification, tactical driving, first aid, observation skills) and covers both functions. You have one single point of contact rather than a four-person team – and from the outside you appear simply as a regular chauffeur client travelling in a Mercedes-Benz S-Class.
Each chauffeur in this service is certified under §34a GewO and trained in tactical driving, observation and first aid. Many have backgrounds in police, military or government protection units. Continuous refresher training is mandatory.
Before the first booking we hold a confidential intake conversation – ideally in person, otherwise by encrypted video call. We discuss your threat profile, routines, exposure points and any specific concerns. Findings are documented under NDA only.
For elevated threat profiles, we deploy armored Mercedes-Benz S-Class or V-Class vehicles in VR4 to VR9 protection levels (B4-B7 ballistic resistance). Sourced from established armoring partners; available with appropriate advance notice.

For all engagements, the level of visible security is calibrated to actual threat – not to performative reassurance. Many clients begin with a single chauffeur in a regular Mercedes, and only escalate to armored vehicles or escort cars when assessment indicates it. A personal protection engagement is not booked through a web form. The first step is always a confidential conversation – ideally in person at our Munich office or your location, otherwise via encrypted video call. We listen first, ask questions, then propose a setup. Nothing is committed in writing before you have agreed the approach. Below are the four typical onboarding stages, all under signed NDA.
