Our Mercedes-Benz VIP Sprinter is made precisely for this mid-size group – not an average bus, but a premium minibus with leather interior, air conditioning and USB charging, transporting your group together to the destination.
Not every minibus is the same
A typical club minibus or 9-seat rental is designed purely for transporting people – plastic interior, basic seats, no meaningful luggage space. Our VIP Sprinter takes a different approach: premium leather trim in Mercedes quality, no high floor, no coach feel. We transport conference attendees in suits, wedding guests in formal attire, business delegations or families heading to a ski holiday – each comfortably and in a vehicle that looks appropriate in front of any hotel.

When to rent a minibus
Minibus bookings for 9-20 passengers fall into four recurring use cases. They all share one thing: a group that needs to arrive together at the destination, with luggage or conference material, in a vehicle that does not look like a standard coach. We coordinate the right Sprinter size (9, 14 or 20 seats) based on passenger count and offer a second Sprinter in convoy for even larger groups of up to 30-40 people.
During major events such as Bauma, IAA Mobility, Expo Real or Oktoberfest our Sprinters book out very early. We recommend 4-6 weeks lead time for trade fair periods, 6-8 weeks for weddings during peak season May-September and 2-4 weeks for standard occasions such as club outings or conferences outside peak times.
Pricing & booking
Sprinter bookings are charged by hourly rate, day rate or fixed price per route – depending on the occasion. For wedding shuttles and conference pendels a day rate is recommended, because waiting times and multiple rides are not charged extra. For point-to-point routes (e.g. MUC to the wedding venue) fixed prices apply. Waiting time, parking fees at the venue, water and complimentary Wi-Fi are included.
For multiple rides within one event you receive a consolidated invoice per order with a per-ride breakdown. Business clients with framework contracts receive volume discounts from the second Sprinter per order. Payment is by bank transfer, credit card, PayPal or invoice; for larger wedding bookings a 30% deposit is standard. For groups of 30+ we recommend a classic coach – see our coach rental page.
